We intentionally design our staffing to give you, the employer, the best availability and responsiveness in the business. As a non-profit program, our mission is to provide the optimal level of services to employees and not to make a profit for business owners or shareholders. For our network of EAP counselors, we have hand picked excellent clinicians, who have top notch qualifications, years of experience and skills in providing short-term, solution focused counseling. We pay them for their time out of the session to encourage case management activities that are so important in EAP work. They are conveniently located to where employees live and work (see Provider Locations). These ingredients result in effective, caring and responsive, state-of-the-art EAP services for you and your employees.
