Our Program Coordinators are master’s level, Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP) with an average of ten (10) years EAP experience. All are certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (see Bios).

Our staffing is designed to respond rapidly to your workplace needs.

We have a unique pay structure for network counselors to encourage case management. They are paid for their time out-of-session as well as in-session.

We are sensitive to where the employee is calling from and do not probe for private information over the phone unless it’s an urgent call.
