While our counselors are located in seventy locations around Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont  (see provider locations), you may wish to come to one of our main offices in Meriden,  Hartford   & Middletown . 

Meriden - 883 Paddock Avenue, Meriden, CT 06450  The Rushford Center (formerly  MidState Medical Center,  East Campus, 1st Floor)

From East:

Route 66 to East Main Street (left exit).  Go seven traffic lights to Paddock Avenue intersection.  Go left 1 ¼ miles to The Rushford Center.  

From North:

South on I - 91 to Exit 17, East Main Street.  Bear right on ramp and follow sign for East Main Street. Turn right onto East Main Street.  Go to traffic light.  Turn left onto Paddock Avenue to The Rushford Center, about 1 ¼ miles . 

From South:

North on I – 91 to Exit 15.  Go left on to Route 68.  Go ½ mile to North Farms Road.  Go right onto North Farms Road.  Continue for one mile.  Road becomes Paddock Avenue.  The Rushford Center is on the left. 

From West:

East on I – 84 to Exit 27, to I 691 East.  Take Exit 10; bear right to East Main Street Exit.  Go right on East Main Street to the first traffic light.  Go left onto Paddock Avenue to The Rushford Center, about 1 ¼ miles.

From East, North, and West:

Once on Paddock Avenue, Meriden Nursing and Rehab will be on your right. The Rushford Center will be next driveway on your right.

 From Route 15 (Merit Parkway) South:

Route 15 North into Meriden.  As you pass the city line, continue for ½ mile and take the D.O.T. exit. This is not numbered. Make a right at the end of the ramp onto Miller Ave.  Continue to the traffic light and make a right onto Paddock Avenue.  Continue for ¼ mile to The Rushford Center, on the right. 

From Route 15 (Merit Parkway) North:

Route 15 South into Meriden.  Remain on Route 15 as you pass the intersection of Routes 15,91, and 691. You will come to an unnumbered D.O.T. exit.  Take this exit and make a right at the end onto Miller Avenue.  Go to the traffic light and make a right onto Paddock Avenue.  Continue for ¼ mile to The Rushford Center, on the right.

1-91 Southbound and northbound.  Capital area exit (29A). Go 3/4 of the way around Pulaski Circle then right onto Hudson Street.  The Education and Resource Center in located on the left just before the Hudson dead ends into Jefferson Street. For parking turn right onto Jefferson Street and take your next left onto Seymour Street garage adjacent to the medical building.

1-84 East.  Capital Avenue exit (48). Go left onto Capital Avenue. Right at the second light onto Washington Street, South on Washington Street through the third light, turn left into the driveway of 85 Seymour Street Medical Building the parking garage is adjacent to the medical Building.

1-84 West. Downtown Hartford exit.  Left at first light onto Columbus Boulevard.  At the intersection with Charter Oak Avenue  (5th stoplight) Columbus Boulevard becomes Wyllis Street. At Main Street intersection Wyllis Street becomes Jefferson Street.  The Education and Resource Center in the on the right just before the Hudson Street intersection.  Proceed one block and turn left onto Seymour Street for parking as noted above.

Parking availability: On street parking with meters

When you come in to the ERC building there will be a security guard on your left. Proceed left until you see signs to East Wing, West Wing, Hudson Suites and Elevators.

Walk down the glass corridor and up a few steps proceed  to your right where you come to the elevators.

Take the elevator to fourth floor and go left (there is a sign) and then another left down the hallway.

Take a  right through the doorway  that says exit. Go down the hallway, about 3/4 ways down on the left you’ll see the sign, room 415 and 416 names on the door.

Middletown - 103 South Main Street

From West Side of Middletown:

From Cromwell:
Travel South on Route 9 through two traffic lights and take William Street Exit (at Harbor Park). Follow William Street straight to second traffic light and turn Left onto Broad Street; follow to end. At light turn Right onto Church Street. Then Left onto Hubbard Street.  Middlesex Hospital Mental Health Clinic parking entrance is 2/10 mile on Left.

From Portland

From Higganum
Travel North on Route 9 to Exit 11 (Randolph Road). At end of exit turn Left onto Randolph Road and follow through three sets of blinking lights.  Turn Right onto Highland A venue at High View Health Center. Continue on Highland Avenue, crossing over Route 17 at blinking light. Highland Avenue will become High Street. Turn Right onto Loveland Street. Turn left onto Hubbard street. Middlesex Hospital Mental Health Clinic parking lot is on the Right

From Durham
Travel North on Route 17 (South Main Street, Middletown). At Parker Place (factory converted into condominiums) 3 way traffic light turn Left onto Warwick Street. Turn Right onto Oak Street; follow to end. turn Right onto Loveland Street and then the next Left onto Hubbard Street. Middlesex Hospital Mental Health Clinic parking lot is on the Right.
